To apply for a Level 1 account, go directly to the eBenefits web site at www.ebenefits.va.gov. Fill in the eBenefits registration form. A one-time activation code will be displayed and you'll be directed to the DEERS DoD Self-Service Access Center to activate your DoD Self-Service Logon and get a username and password. Return to eBenefits.
