Assistance Paying your Bill

Senate Bill 1976. Beginning September 1, 2017 electric providers may provide a benefit to their low-income customers. In order to be eligible to match you must be in the supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) or on Medicaid and the name of the program participant MUST be the same name on the electric bill.
